Meet Brittany
 Long before I became a mother, I was already someone who felt things deeply.
I experienced chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, and a nervous system that often felt stuck between anxiety and exhaustion. I tried many of the typical approaches to wellness, but nothing truly addressed what was happening in my body.
Then motherhood arrived… beautiful, meaningful, and far more overstimulating than I ever expected.
 After my children were born, I experienced postpartum anxiety and depression that made the intensity of motherhood feel even heavier. I loved my children deeply, yet there were moments when I felt completely overwhelmed by the emotional and sensory demands of caring for them.Â
What I eventually learned is that nothing was wrong with me.
My nervous system simply needed support.
Through somatic practices, breathwork, mindfulness, and gentle nervous system healing, I began learning how to regulate my body, process emotions, and find calm again in the middle of everyday life.
These practices changed the way I experience motherhood.
 The work I now share is designed for real mothers living real lives… not perfect routines or unrealistic expectations, but compassionate tools that help you calm your nervous system, reconnect with yourself, and meet motherhood with more presence and self-trust.
