My name is Brittany, and I’m here to help you transform the mental mess into mindful moments. As a Certified Mindfulness Teacher, wife, twin mom, and holistic movement & embodiment coach, my passion lies in guiding women like you to reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and rediscover your power.
The Birth of Mindful Mrs
I created Mindful Mrs to inspire women to lead happier, more balanced lives—even amidst the chaos. Life is messy, and if you’re anything like me, you’ve probably wrestled with anxiety, overthinking, and people-pleasing. Add motherhood into the mix, and some days, sanity feels like a luxury. But mindfulness changes everything. It allows us to bridge the gap between mind and body, showing up as the best versions of ourselves without guilt or overwhelm.
My mission is to provide practical tips, simple techniques, and transformational resources to help you master your mind, body, and soul. Along the way, I’ll share my personal experiences with mindfulness, motherhood, and navigating the unpredictable beauty of life as a mom to my twin girls.
My Mindfulness Journey
My journey with mindfulness began in 2017, a year after I lost my mom. One day in a yoga class, while practicing heart-opening poses, I started to cry—and I mean REALLY cry. It was the first time I allowed myself to feel the depth of my emotions instead of burying them. That moment changed my life.
When I got home, I sat down, closed my eyes, and simply breathed through those feelings. What I found was profound clarity. I realized I’d been suppressing pain instead of processing it. This moment sparked an obsession with the mind-body connection and the transformative power of tuning into oneself.
Over time, mindfulness became my anchor. I learned to recognize triggers and break harmful habits. I became more intentional about questioning what didn’t serve me. I redefined my relationship with the word “should” and embraced living from a place of purpose and alignment. My biggest takeaway? There is no “right” way to feel or be. Life is about owning who you are and stepping into your power without judgment.
Where I Am Today
Fast forward more than five years, I’m now married to my college sweetheart, a proud twin mom, and a fur mom to our golden retriever. I’ve taken my passion for mindfulness and holistic well-being to the next level. Through my blog, courses, and resources, I’m dedicated to helping women like you connect with your body, regulate your nervous system, release tension, and find peace amidst life’s demands.

To get started, I invite you to try this simple meditation:

Close your eyes and take a deep breath. Visualize your intention for this moment. Perhaps it’s “I want to feel calm” or “I will give myself grace.”

Place one hand on your heart and the other on your belly. With each inhale, feel the cool air entering your nostrils and the rise of your chest and belly. With each exhale, let your worries melt away.

Return to a natural breath and repeat your intention with each inhale. On your exhale, say to yourself, “Nothing is standing in my way.”
