Getting out for a morning walk can drastically improve your day. Hi, I’m Brittany. I am here to help you master mindfulness so you can live a more balanced, stress free lifestyle. Follow along if you are into it!

So here is how a morning stroll is going to change your life.

1. Improved mood
If you are anything like me mornings are not your jam. But getting out for a 10-15 walk in the morning will naturally release seretonin (the happy hormone) which helps boost mood, regulate appetite, and improve learning and memory.

2. Reduce stress
🙌🙌🙌, am I right? Mindful movement like walking actually helps us get out of our heads by shifting our focus to our bodies. This helps to lower cortisol levels and allow our nervous system to stabilize.

3. Improved sleep!
Ahh sleep! An early morning walk can help set the tone for your circadian rhythm. By getting early morning sunlight you are helping to regulate your sleep/wake cycle and signaling that it is time to start the day! ☀️

Feeling disconnected can be suffocating, confusing, and completely overwhelming. I’ve been there and I’m here to help you reconnect with yourself.

Hi, I’m Brittany. I women turn the mental mess into mindful moments.

If you are disconnected, here is how to reconnect:

1️⃣ Self-Reflection:Take time to reflect on your values, beliefs, and passions. Journaling or meditating can help you gain deeper insights into yourself.

Journaling prompt: When I envision the highest version of myself, what am I doing? What do I feel like? Who am I with?

2️⃣ Authentic Living: Live in alignment with your true self. Make decisions that reflect your values and passions, and don’t be afraid to be authentically you. Anytime I start to feel disconnected I check in with that highest self journal entry.

3️⃣ Self-Care: Prioritize self-care activities that nurture your body, mind, and spirit. This can be anything from a relaxing bath to spending time in nature. Self-Care is the most important thing you can do. You cannot show up as your best self for others of you aren’t showing up that way for yourself. Some of my favorite self care activities are:
🚿everything shower 😍 dry brush & lymphatic drainage massage helps to detoxify the body bonus tip: end your shower with a few minutes of cold water to help clear your mind, rejuvenate your body, and energize your soul.
🧘‍♀️yoga! Nothing helps connect my mind and body like a yoga practice.
🌳getting outside. Fresh air helps me put life into perspective.

Reconnecting with your true self is about understanding who you are at your core and living authentically. Through self-reflection, authentic living, and self-care, you can strengthen your connection with yourself and live a more fulfilling life. 🌟

Let’s embrace peaceful, energized mornings together 🧘‍♀️

Tired of the overwhelm and exhaustion? I was too.

Hi, I’m Brittany. I help women transform their mental chaos into mindful clarity.

Here is what helped me: starting my day with mindfulness! Creating a mindful morning routine is a powerful way to supercharge your focus and energy.

Here are some small habits you can start today!

1. Bring awareness to your intentions

How do you want to be today? Knowing your intentions will help guide your decisions and support your boundaries.

2. Focus on your breath.

Our breath is the driving force behind everything we do. Take 1 minute and focus on each inhale and each exhale as if it is the only thing in the world happening. You can do this before you even open your eyes. This will help you feel centered and grounded reducing anxiety and overwhelm so can start your day with a sense of calm and renewed energy.

3. Bring awareness to your body.

As you move to get out of bed bring awareness to each muscle as it begins to engage. How does it feel to sit up or take your first step? Notice any sensations that arise. This will help you address any discomfort and connect with your body.

4. Stretch and move

Moving your body in the morning is a great way to invigorate and energize your muscles. It can be as simple as stretching your arms over your head and sweeping them down towards tour toes.

5. Engage your senses.

Rather than blindly moving through each task “mundane” engage your senses and bring a present awareness. For example: when you brush your teeth notice the movement of your hand or how the toothbrush feels in your mouth.

BONUS habit: drink water! So often our mood, physical discomfort, and energy levels can be improved by drinking the right amount of water ❤️
